We strongly discourage wearing the bracelets during certain activities, as they can damage both the gemstones and metal over time. The durability of the stones varies; some are harder and more resistant, while others are softer and more susceptible to damage. Please note that customised products require 5-10 working days for production, while standard products are ready in 2-3 working days, provided you have provided valid information and a valid address. Once ready, priority shipping can be arranged.

Please note that estimated delivery times vary depending on the address. Orders are usually delivered within 7-15 working days of being dispatched.

In most cases, you can change the delivery address yourself on the tracking confirmation page. If you're unable to do so, please contact both the courier service and us as soon as possible. Keep in mind that the longer you wait, the more difficult it becomes to amend the address.

Please note that changing the delivery address to a different address and/or country may not always be possible, and if it possible additional transport costs may be charged to you.

Products purchased through mandalapulse.com may be returned for store credit. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase and in its original condition and packaging. The store credit is valid for up to one year from the issue date. Refunds are made only in the case of manufacturer’s defects that cannot be replaced.

If you wish to return the product, please mail it back to Mandalapulse with in 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for any damages to the product, so please be sure to pack well. You may also add shipping insurance if you wish.

If the product you purchased has manufacturer’s defects, please notify us and the product will be picked up at the location of your request. For products being returned that do not have any manufacturer’s defects, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
